We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

On-Demand & Custom Products
All our photo booths are made on demand and/or customised.
Therefore, these products are non-returnable once the order has been confirmed and production has started, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during shipping
- Incorrect item received
This is in accordance with European Union regulations regarding customs and made-to-order goods.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately at Info@monverselab.eu so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
- A return shipping label will only be provided by us if the product is defective or incorrect.
- For all other approved returns (if applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:
- Request and complete a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order once your return is approved
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Exception:
This right does not apply to custom-made or on-demand products, once production has begun, in line with EU consumer protection laws
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
